What You Can Do to Stay Healthy
Practice good habits everyday to stay healthy

  1. Wash your hands -
Hand sanitizers are not meant to substitute for hand washing but rather
to be a more widely used adjunct. When hands are dirty, they still need to
be washed with soap and water.
  2. Cough and sneeze into your upper sleeve
  3. If you or your child are not feeling well - Stay home
Sick people should stay at home until at least 24 hours after they no longer have a fever or signs of a fever (without the use of fever-reducing medicine).
