Professional Development

Boston Children’s Museum has been a national leader in educator professional development for over 40 years.  Our trainings serve educators in early childhood, elementary classrooms, and afterschool environments, and are based on current pedagogical theory and research.  We offer highly participatory and engaging half-day workshops, full-day seminars, and customized workshops, and trainings can take place at Boston Children’s Museum or at your program or school.  Prices are dependent upon the number of sessions, number of attendees, amount of time and location. While we typically work directly with individual schools, afterschool programs or districts, we occasionally provide scheduled workshops that users from anywhere can register for in advance.  Check back on this page periodically for information on these seasonal offerings.  And if you are interested in working with us, please contact us using the information to the right.
