21+ Evening Concert Series Outside of BCM
(BOSTON, MA) June 8, 2011, Night Life @Children's Wharf presented by Boston Children's Museum (BCM) offers free outdoor evening concerts featuring different World Music bands and ensembles such as Caribbean Percussion; Salsa; New Orleans Zydeco; Polynesian; Tiki; with themed alfresco food, drink, dancing and spectacular waterfront views. All concerts take place on the wharf outside Boston Children's Museum on Wednesday evenings as listed (In the event of inclement weather, the band is moved under cover). The Improper Bostonian is Night Life @Children's Wharf Media Sponsor.

The lineup of bands includes:

  • July 13 (Tiki Band)
  • August 3 (TBD)
  • August 17 (TBD)

  • Alcoholic beverages and appetizers may be purchased on the Wharf
  • State law prohibits the possession or consumption of alcohol not purchased at Night Life @Children's Wharf
  • All bags are subject to inspection by Museum staff
  • All concerts are wheelchair accessible
  • Wharf seating is limited. Guests are welcome to bring their own low lawn chairs and/or blankets.

Hours and Admission
The Museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. and Fridays until 9:00 p.m. Adults, $12; children (1-15) and senior citizens, $9; children under one and Museum members are always free. Fridays 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m., all visitors $1.
