Boston Childrens Museum is a 501(c)3
non-profit organization that exists to help children understand
and enjoy the world in which they live. The Museum supports other
non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts by donating
passes through our Pass Donation Program. If approved, your organization
will receive four (4) free-admission passes, a $40 value. Requests
are filled on a first-come, first served basis and every effort
is made to fulfill qualified requests. However, due to the high
volume of requests, there is no guarantee that any given request
will be fulfilled.
To qualify:
- Must be a non-profit organization
- Organizations mission must support the enrichment of the
Museums core audience, children ages 0-10
To submit, please include the following:
- Proof of non-profit status, such as a copy of a 501(c)3 form
- Copy of the organizations mission statement (Not required
for schools)
- Date and brief description of the event on organization letterhead
- Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope
To be considered:
- Donation requests must be in writing.
- Requests are not accepted via e-mail or fax.
- Requests must be received by the Museum at least (8) WEEKS in
advance of the event.
- Organizations may only request one donation per 12-month period.

Due to the high volume of requests, the Museum
is unable to provide information about the status of submissions.
If the Museum is able to fulfill your request, we will mail 4 complementary
passes in the self-addressed stamped envelope to your attention
a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event.
