Dewey/Seuaa Conference Rooms
Located on the fifth floor of the museum away from the exhibit spaces, these rooms are ideally suited for corporate conferences that require private access. Large windows overlook a stunning view of the Fort Point Channel and Boston’s Financial District skyline. The Dewey/Seuss rooms are A/V ready including a large pull down screen and a podium. Adjacent breakout rooms are available to the Dewey/Seuss Conference rooms.

The Common
A large space on the 2nd floor, perfect for presentations, dinners and receptions. The Common has easy access for guests from the central staircase and main elevator and is adjacent to the exhibit spaces. A natural stage allows for presentations, performances or a dance floor.

The Atrium
With its 40ft floor to ceiling windows looking on to Fort Point Channel, The Atrium is the ideal space for receptions or seated dinners. This space has many interesting design features allowing for a variety of set ups. During the warmer months, The Atrium windows may be opened to allow for outdoor seating and access to the patio. If the patio is utilized then a tent must be obtained for an additional cost.

New Balance Climb
A 3-story climbing sculpture made of brightly painted curved platforms, rising like a fleet of magic carpets up the glass lobby of Boston Children’s Museum. Children will delight trying safe risk-taking as they find their way through the 3D, full body puzzle.  Estimating space, planning moves, and choosing paths are all part of the learning in this complex space. 

Entire Museum
The museum’s ambiance is eclectic, whimsical, and fun. The entire facility includes three floors of exhibit space. Guests may access all exhibits and, if desired, museum staff will be available in the spaces to help with the exhibit experience. The maximum capacity for events is 2,000 which allows for free flow and easy access to food stations and/or bars.

Miscellaneous

  • Catering by Restaurant Associates is the exclusive caterer.
  • Parking is available at Farnsworth Garage with museum validation.
  • Audio visual services and equipment available.
  • Theatre style seating available for groups up to 125 in KidStage.

As part of your room rental fee, you will receive membership in Boston Children's Museum Corporate Connections Program.  Membership provides great employee benefits while simultaneously recognizing your company as a philanthropic supporter of the Museum.  In addition, you may choose to join the many companies who donate their admit one passes to worthy groups and individuals through our pass donation program.
