Exhibit text in English and Spanish

Pattern Wizardry is a whimsical sensory experience that introduces children to the fundamentals of patterns. Visitors are spellbound in this wonderland of colors, shapes and sounds that is sure to excite aspiring scientists, mathematicians and artists of all ages. The exhibit is presented entirely in rhyme and features four interactive areas each focusing on a specific type of pattern. These are the Branch Branch, Tessellation Station, Linear Lab and Spiral Spells. There’s also a Pattern Wizardry Library, a resource center with an interactive pattern computer station, and Symmetry Sorcery, which shows how patterns are organized by using symmetry.
